Cultivar Notes - 'Gallery White'
Striking flower spikes attract hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden. Excellent for cutting. Lightly scented flowers bloom May to June.
Genus Notes - Lupinus
The remarkable genus Lupinus is found to be native to all 50 U.S. states; it is rare to find a person that does not love the tall spires of flowers that can be found in solid and bicolor patterns. Unsurpassed early summer color with dense spires of pea-shaped flowers. Plants grow best in cooler climates. Deadhead old flowers to promote rebloom.
Series Notes - Gallery
This compact mixture produces flowers in nearly every shade of the rainbow, including white, pink, yellow, red and deep blue. As these are biennial or short-lived perennials, allow some plants to set seed for future generations, or trim back hard after flowering is over. Flower spikes are great for cutting.
