Prairie Winds®
Ornamental Grasses of the Prairie Winds® Collection add graceful texture and movement to the garden. These varieties thrive in full sun growing conditions and are proven deer resistant.

Genus Notes -
Pennisetum
Pennisetum are favorites and prized for their arching multitude of bottle-brush seed plumes over tidy cascading foliage. Showy and easy to grow; they are lovely alone, in groups and in containers. The slightest breeze produces movement. Great for drying. Good for hot dry spots. Newer varieties like Etouffee, Cayenne, Hush Puppy, and Praline are bred to be infertile, which means they do not self-sow their seed.
