Cultivar Notes - 'Landmarkô Sunrise Rose'
Do-it-all, plant-anywhere, heat-loving southern favorite produces a steady stream of incandescent pink and yellow flower clusters from spring into fall. A mantle of clustered blooms soon covers vigorous mounding annual with fragrant foliage. Choice cultivar with trailing growth is a natural for group plantings: excelling as a groundcover, beguiling in the border, or joyfully cascading. A magnet for butterflies and hummingbirds. Hardy, low-upkeep plants are heat-tolerant, drought-resistant, and deer-resistant. Be sure to prune back after first flowering to encourage additional bud growth.
Genus Notes - Lantana
Lantantas are tough, resilient plants that thrive in hot weather and bloom profusely from spring until frost. They are an excellent choice for containers, baskets or beds, and their brightly colored flowers really attract hummingbirds and butterflies.
