What's My Zone?
Zone: 4 to 9Perennial
|Blooms late summer to mid-autumn|
Cultivar Notes - 'Filagran'
Very finely dissected, lacy, silvery leaves line the stems of this cultivar. The leaves are more dissected than the species. Airy spires of lavender-blue flowers top the strong stems from late summer into fall.
Genus Notes - Perovskia
Perovskia offer aromatic gray foliage and plentiful spikes of long-lasting, lavender-blue flowers from mid- to late-summer. They should be cut back severely in spring. They need well drained soil and tolerate drought.
