For a citrusy addition to recipes turn instead to ‘Lemon’ thyme. ‘Lime’ is well-worth space in the herb garden for the soft mounds of bright limey-green foliage that grow Genus Notes - Thymus Thyme is known as a culinary herb, but several members of the genus make attractive evergreen carpets in sunny, dry locations. They have charming flowers and aromatic foliage, and they tolerate light foot traffic. |
