| | | | | “White Swan” is the first tall hybrid Marigold specially bred for professional cut flower production. Noted for its large 2-3" blossoms, this annual offers summer through fall interest with firm, uniform, creamy white, fully double blooms. Borne singly or in clusters on long stems, the odorless, ball-shaped flowers have a long vase life and can be dried for everlasting arrangements. Edible Flowers: Use the flowers to dress up salads and desserts or cooked in egg or rice dishes. Flavor is floral with hints of citrus and spice, and slightly bitter. Remove the petals from the flower base before consuming as the base can be quite bitter. | 10D-N | | | | | |
