Tips for Efficient Printing
Before proceeding:
  • To print more columns on a single page, print the report in Landscape mode. To do this, change your printer's 'Orientation' to Landscape in your browser's Printer Settings dialog box.
  • Hide unneeded columns (to reduce print output width) by unchecking column names in the 'View Preferences' box at the bottom of this screen. If this screen is currently in the 'Plant Images Only' view, you must first click the 'Display In List Format' checkbox before you can hide the columns you do not want to print. Your print output will match whatever you are viewing here.

ConeflowerEchinacea x
1. Cone-fections™ Hot Papaya
Click to display
A breakthrough in Echinacea breeding! From mid through late summer, highly fragrant, 3 inch, spicy red-orange flowers bloom with a papaya orange halo in the pom-pom center. The glowing orange flowers have terrific visual impact from quite a distance, especially when planted in groups. Be sure to cut a few for a fresh bouquet that will last nearly two weeks. Though it is a hybrid of two species, ‘Hot Papaya’ strongly exhibits the traits of E. purpurea in foliage and habit. The plant forms a strong, sturdy clump with robust, deep green foliage and thick stems with maroon markings. It grows about three feet tall in the landscape, making it a good choice for the middle of the flower border.

10. Carolina Reaper (aka HP22B Pepper)
Click to display
The Carolina Reaper is currently the hottest pepper in the world, measuring over 2 Million Scoville Heat Units. It was developed by grower Ed Currie. Ed created this chili pepper plant variety by crossing a Pakistani Naga with a Red Habanero type from St Vincents Island in the West Indies. It was bred in South Carolina and tested at over 2.2 Million Scoville Heat Units (with an aveerage of 1,641,000 SHU) by Winthrop University. The flavor is fruity and similar to a 7 Pot chili pepper. The Carolina Reaper can grow to a height over 4 feet tall.

Although really insanely hot this pepper, before the heat kicks in, has an underlying sweet flavor, fruity with a hint of cinnamon with chocolate undertones. Keep milk nearby and hope it soothes the burn in your mouth and throat.
