Bougainvilleas are loved for their colorful bracts and everblooming nature. ‘Vera Variegata’ has all that and more. Its growth habit is compact, not a vining shrub like others and it is a great specimen for container culture. Stunning white and green leaf variegation and bright pink flowers impart a vibrant color combination. Although an everbloomer, it is photosensitive, meaning with the change in day length, the flowers will be heavier during some seasons than others. Prune back as needed after flowering cycles are done to maintain a pleasing shape.
