Cultivar Notes -
Snow Fairy
A new and different Caryopteris coming out of Japan. Grown for its intriguing soft leaves of green and white, this sub-shrub has excellent drought tolerance (once established) and remains fresh looking, even in late summer. Rounded in habit with lavender blue flowers in late summer.

Clusters of delicate blue flowers from late summer until frost resemble blue smoke or mist. Provides hard to find midsummer color. Attractive to butterflies and works well in containers.

Genus Notes -
Caryopteris
Caryopteris is a small shrub with slender, gray-green leaves and deep blue flowers that are as welcome as rain in the dog days of summer. Its late bloom and small size make it an ideal choice for a mixed border.
