  • To print more columns on a single page, print the report in Landscape mode. To do this, change your printer's 'Orientation' to Landscape in your browser's Printer Settings dialog box.
  • Hide unneeded columns (to reduce print output width) by unchecking column names in the 'View Preferences' box at the bottom of this screen. If this screen is currently in the 'Plant Images Only' view, you must first click the 'Display In List Format' checkbox before you can hide the columns you do not want to print. 40. Dolce® Silver Gumdrop
Click to display
If you’re looking for a silver Heuchera to brighten up your shade area, you’ve found it. Unlike other silver Heucheras on the market, ‘Silver Gumdrop’ has vibrant pink flowers instead of the typical white or cream. Match it with its silver, iridescent leaves with a semi-glossy finish and you have a winning combination. ‘Silver Gumdrop’ is a smaller scale Heuchera, the perfect size for a container. Growers and gardeners alike will be pleased that it is a vigorous grower for its size. Its silver leaves take on a rosy blush overtone later in the season for additional interest.

This plant is a Heuchera villosa hybrid. The villosa species is a large, late blooming type that exhibits an increased tolerance of high heat and humidity over other species. Most produce cream flowers in midsummer, though they are grown more for their fantastic foliage. H. villosa is native to the southeastern United States.

Click to display
A superior evergreen groundcover with a very low, spreading habit and attractive soft green foliage. Use on slopes for groundcover or erosion control, along walkways, and in borders or rock gardens. Drapes nicely over retaining walls. A very durable landscape specimen that tolerates heat, cold, and drought.

Low rich green mounding junipers are the perfect choice for erosion control coverage on cut slopes and natural banks where run-off is a problem. This plant is perfect for nestling landscape boulders or softening the top edge of a masonry retaining wall. Makes an excellent winter structural plant for mixed borders that tend to look too barren in the colder months. Makes a useful problem solver in native and wild gardens when arranged in naturalistic compositions. As with most junipers it is welcome in Japanese gardens either natural or pruned into creative bonsai forms.

Compared to older Miscanthus like ‘Gracillimus’, this selection blooms much earlier (making it better for northern climates where the growing season is shorter) and has much improved fall color. It also develops its beautiful fall color earlier in the season.
